Every retail motorcycle sold by SJT Motorcycles includes a 3 Month / 300 Mile Warranty (whichever occurs first) unless otherwise stated in writing.
Our warranty is intended to cover the failure of major mechanical and electrical components resulting from a sudden defect.
Exclusions.

THIS WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER

* General wear and tear.
* Batteries.
* Tyres.
* Brake pads, brake discs and brake shoes.
* Chains and sprockets.
* Clutch friction plates.
* Fork seals.
* Bulbs and fuses.
* Service items and routine maintenance.
* Exhaust systems and corrosion.
* Cosmetic defects, paintwork or surface corrosion.
* Consumable items of any description.

The gradual deterioration of any component due to age, mileage or normal use shall be considered wear and tear and is not covered by this warranty.

BREAKDOWN AND RECOVERY

This warranty does not include breakdown cover, roadside assistance, recovery costs, transportation costs or any associated expenses.

WARRANTY CLAIMS

Should a fault occur during the warranty period, the motorcycle must be returned to SJT Motorcycles for inspection and repair.
The responsibility and cost of returning the motorcycle to SJT Motorcycles rests entirely with the customer.
Repairs carried out by third parties, or without the prior agreement of SJT Motorcycles, will not be covered under this warranty and no reimbursement will be made.

CONDITIONS

* The motorcycle must be maintained in accordance with the manufacturer’s recommendations.
* Damage caused by accident, misuse, neglect, competition use or modification is not covered.
* SJT Motorcycles reserves the right to inspect the motorcycle and determine whether any fault falls within the terms of this warranty.
